Is it not important to ensure that there is better prevention against this dreadful disease? So, what is causing people getting cancer? What can be done to prevent getting cancer. Just 2 days ago, I read this article about a visiting professor who will lecture on the cause of cancer. Apparently, it is what he calls sematic mutation of original cells that is causing cancer. Genetics has a part to do with it too. Other causes are diet and livestyle.
The are many who advocates being vegetarian. I guess a healthy diet will help reduce risk of illnesses. Cut down on too much fat since fat will need a lot of exercise to burn them. Greasy food should be avoided. Deep fried food too should be taken sparingly.
Exercise is also important to maintain healthy. Exercise regularly to burn off excessive fat and also build up the cardio vascular system.
OK, so what am I going to do?
I will eat healthily by not indulging in food. Cut down on deep fried food and fatty food like fries, fatty meat, goreng pisang.
I will exercise regularly, doing step ups every morning and running 10km a week.
I will go for a full medical checkup before June 05.
